I miss caffeine

So I gave up my morning (or some days its all day ) coffee this week. Yesterday I had a really bad headache and was a little cranky by afternoon, hopefully this will subside. I bought a product call Teeccino to replace the coffee and its so good. It has no caffeine, lots of flavor, is all herbal, and has a variety of flavors. YUM.

  1. Caffine is a hard one! UGHHH! I go back and forth with my diet soda. I mostly am off it but occasionally I have one. The tea is it sweetend? Or do you add sweetner?

  2. Are you trying to eliminate caffeine completely? Why? Are you having hypertension or something? How about cutting back more slowly, like maybe 25% a day, or every other day reduce it by a little. A little caffeine isn't too bad but if you're not sleeping or feeling anxious, maybe working up to total elimination is the way to go. Good luck!

  3. Oooh. I really miss my coffee so I really want to try your Teeccino. I felt horrible at first too but it did go away after a few days. I drink warm lemon water in the mornings now and I do fine. I notice I don't crave sweets as much throughout the day. I think it's because I always had sweet coffee. Coffee was the roughest for me. Hang in there though. It gets better!! Good luck!!!
