  1. This week has been a tough one for me! Excersise has been consistent but food a little too much. I keep saying every day I will get refocused and every day I have failed. HELP!!!!

  2. That's great that you've been keeping up exercise, Tia! Do you know why you've been getting off track with food? Are you actually feeling hungry or is it food cravings? I know that when I get the munchies, I'll purposefully work in the less-healthy foods so I don't feel deprived and get off track. Idk, if you can figure out why your eating habits are changing then maybe you can think of a solution?

  3. Katelin honestly I feel like I am just getting lazy. I worked so hard to win the biggest loser contest, that now I am slipping back. I will get refocused and push forward!!! at 10lbs right now!
